Most of us don’t have a lot of time to spend on researching stocks, ETFs, the market, and anything else you would need to do to make smart investments and make the adjustments needed to keep those investments moving forward.
Now, there’s an app for that. Money Pouch is your investment advisor all wrapped up into an app. It stays informed on all of the markets, so all you have to do is use the app, consider its recommendations and make a few decisions.
By using information about the markets, gathering and trending data, Money Pouch is able to use predictive analytics paired with your personal preferences, your current financial status and your goals to formulate investment suggestions.
The app basically serves as your personal investment advisor, without all the hassle of trying to meet up with them or the costs of paying them. Your money is not locked in, either, which means you can cash out at any time. The app primarily focuses on investing in ETFs based on research indicating that most investors prefer to follow index funds, and that index fund tend to outperform other types of investments.
The minimum investment starts at $10,000 which allows for many more investors to take advantage of this app. Many other investment advisors and such require larger sums of starter money.
What I really found informative and useful were the several types of dashboards the app offers, which gives a clear overview of how your investments are doing. This is important to know because you want to see how you are doing so you can take the steps that are needed to meet goals you’ve set.
The interface is clean and easy to read. There is really nothing that can stand for improvement in this app. You get in. You register and create an account and link up funds. The app makes every step easy to understand and work through. Then you answer a series of questions that help Money Pouch determine the right mix of investments for you. It takes into account your goals and your appetite for risk – both every important factors when investing.
I would like to see the ability to download data, reports or dashboards so I can print them. I like to have prints at times. It would also be nice to email this data to myself so I have it on other platforms.
I look forward to using the app and seeing where it takes me and my wealth. With data analytics on my side, I plan on going pretty far.
